About Us

Women Galaxy Swimming Training Centre provides swimming training for women, children, and boys below age 14. Our YMCA certified coaches offer coaching at various levels, from junior to senior, to all club members. For beginners, there is a basic learn-to-swim program, where they are taught basic water safety skills, floating techniques, and the fundamentals of swimming strokes. As the students progress, they move on to more advanced courses that focus on perfecting their swimming techniques and endurance. We have 15 years of exprience with 5 YMCA Certified Coach and trained more than one lakhs student.

4 Types Of Swimming Strokes

Freestyle Stroke

Freestyle stroke, also known as front crawl, is one of the most popular and efficient swimming strokes used in competitive swimming. It is the fastest stroke and is often used in freestyle events in competitions such as the Olympics. The technique of freestyle stroke involves a continuous arm movement and a flutter kick, making it a smooth and fluid stroke. It is a great stroke for beginners to learn as it is relatively easy to master and can be swim at various speeds.

Butterfly Stroke

The butterfly technique with the dolphin kick consists of synchronous arm movement with a synchronous leg kick. Good technique is crucial to swim this style effectively. The wave-like body movement is also very significant in creating propulsion, as this is the key to easy synchronous over-water recovery and breathing.

Backstroke

Backstroke is one of the four swimming styles recognized by the International Swimming Federation (FINA). It is also known as the back crawl or the back crawl stroke. In this style, the swimmer lies on their back and uses an alternating arm action to propel themselves through the water. The legs perform a flutter kick, similar to the one used in the freestyle stroke.

Breaststroke

Safe and secure place for women swimmers Good place to learn swimming, coaches are best friendly and you could learn easily with the tricks provided by them. Plus point is this place is exclusively for women and kids which is advantage for women. They even have women coaches. I've been getting trained here from 2019. Now learning advanced course.

My 9 year old daughter learnt swimming within 15 days at this swimming pool!! I am really thankful to the swimming trainers (1 lady trainer and 2 men trainers) and the lady receptionist for the safe and flexible environment being provided for all the kids and women to learn swimming. There are enough seats for the parents or guardians to be seated while watching their kids learning to swim. The step by step training plus the cheerfulness and encouragement of the trainers is very helpful for the kids to learn swimming . The continuous monitoring by the watchful trainers ensures a safe environment for the learners . Initially my daughter was very much afraid to swim in or jump into 5 feet water but the techniques taught by the trainers and the timely response of the trainers helped my daughter learn to swim while also overcoming the fear to jump into or swim in deep water . There is weekly off on Mondays to clean the pool . Further the receptionist as well as the trainers are always available during the pool timings and very receptive to any feedback. Kudos to the owner and the efficient trainers' team to keep up the good job 👍🙂

The best place for kids to learn swimming would be Galaxy swimming pool. The coaches are very friendly, understanding and patience in handling kids. They also maintain the pool hygiene and clean it frequently. Both my kids have been training for the past 8 months and they find it so comfortable in water. They also help kids in handling breath control, underwater swimming. Also a safe pool where kids are being monitored and parents can also have a look at the level of training the kids are being provided.
